Delete your CartoRealm account

In the app

Open Stats → Account → Delete account and enter your password. Your account and its backup are deleted from our server at once.

Without the app

Email privacy@cartorealm.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your email address, password hash, terms acceptance, verification state and your whole backup (privacy zones, map squares, ride summaries, stops, cards and level).

What is kept

Nothing on our server. Our host's request logs, which hold IP addresses but no account details, expire within 30 days, and our mail service's log of the emails we sent you within 1 month. Rides and progress stored on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app.
